For example, many clients ask our consulting team to review their opening statements and closing arguments or to participate in preparation sessions for critical fact and expert witnesses. Many request that we provide an analysis of the venue in which their case is to be tried and also utilize our Research Team during voir dire preparation and jury de-selection.
